terms of service

By commissioning me you are agreeing with the Terms listed Below. Some Terms can be adjusted through an agreement.

General Information

✦ I draw exclusively in my style.
✦ I will not overdraw/correct another Artist work.
✦ Please provide me with References and a good description of your request.
✦ The Client can´t edit, draw over or cut up my artwork in any way without permission!!
✦ The Client can´t remove my signature or claim it as their own.
✦ Please keep DMs active so we can work together!
✦ All prices are in euro.           
Things I do NOT draw:
› Gore             › Mecha
› Furries         › NSFW art

COPYrights and useage

As the artist, I:
✦ Retain all copyrights over the work.
✦ Have the right to refuse any order.
✦ Have the right to cancel a commission and offer a refund if i am
unable to complete the order due to personal reasons.
✦ Have the right to draw the commission on stream, unless asked not to.
✦ Post the final version on my Socials and use as an Example.
✦ Can add a subtle signature to my artworks that you are not allowed to remove.As the client, you:
✦ Will receive a PNG/JPG/GIF of the file depending on what it is but not the Original file
✦ Should give credit on their their platform that the commission is being used on.CAN:
✦ Can ask for revisions to the sketch 3 times.
✦ Can ask about the progress of your commission and updates at any point.
✦ Can print the artwork for personal use, unless you make monetary gains off the work.
✦ Have the right to decline me working on the commission on stream.CANNOT:
✦ Cannot use the commission for commercial purposes unless it was commissioned for it.
✦ You cannot resell/give away the commission unless it was a made as a present.AI :
✦ Modifying the artwork through AI software or using it for any Blockchain related activities such as but not limited to NFTS and Cryptocurrency is strictly forbidden.
Any such actions will result in the revocation of the commissioner's rights, inclusion on a blacklist, and public disclosure of the commissioner's identity.
✦ My Artwork is not allowed to be used to train any form or type of AI.

commercial use

✦ Purchasing a commissioned artwork does not grant the buyer the right to monetize it further. To obtain such rights, an additional commercial licensing fee is required.
✦ The commercial fee is typically 100% of the commissioned artwork's price, depending on the scope of the commercial use and the nature of the work. For further details, please feel free to contact me directly.
   
Examples of uses requiring a commercial fee include:
› promotional materials for a business.
› reproducing the artwork on physical products for sale.
› reselling the Artwork digitally or physically.

cancellations and refund policy

✦ The Client must never Request Paypal for a chargeback under any circumstances.If a refund as been agreed on i will transfer the funds back but platform fees will not be included.✦ In the event of a chargeback, all rights to the commissioned artwork will be revoked, and the client will be blacklisted and prohibited from commissioning me in the future depending on the Situation. Additionally, their name may be publicly disclosed as a caution to others within the community.✦ For commissions where the sketch has already been completed, only a partial refund may be requested. Refunds are not available after the final artwork has been delivered.✦ If a client is unable to fulfill their payment plan by the agreed deadline, they have the option to either: (1) request a deadline extension, or (2) adjust their commission to align with the amount already paid.✦ If the Client doesn't pay the commission or says they do not desire the commission any more after completing it. I have the right to resell the Artwork if it isn't character specific. Example emotes of a game character.

Live 2D Model Rigging and Artwork

✦ I do not permit my work to be altered by anyone other than myself without being asked. I am always available to make any necessary adjustments requested by the rigger, Client or Company.✦ Whenever possible, I prefer to communicate directly with the rigger, Client or Company, if I am not rigging it myself.As the client, you:
✦ Can ask for revisions to the sketch twice times.
✦ Can ask for a minor change to Model rigging wise.

Any violation of my terms or infringement of copyright will result in the immediate forfeiture of all rights to the commissioned artwork by the commissioner, as well as their addition to a blacklist.
